We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team due to the expansion of our business.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual who can manage our Accounts Payable function with high accuracy and speed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, coding, batch entry, payment, reconciliation's as well as journal preparation.

If you have proven experience operating as an Accounts Payable Officer within a medium to large-sized company and possess excellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS Excel, then we want to hear from you

Our ideal candidate will display professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times, possess a customer service focus, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for completing the entire Accounts Payable function.
  • In a high-volume and fast-paced role, the team leader will expect the payable's function to be completed in an accurate and timely manner.

You will work closely with the management team to achieve our business goals and objectives, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience operating as an Accounts Payable Officer within a medium to large-sized company.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.
  • Possess a customer service focus and display professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Well-developed communications.
