Our clients trust us to guide them through every stage of the app development journey, and we are expanding our team to meet increasing demand.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to be the link between our clients, design team, developers and project coordinators.
In this role you will oversee multiple client accounts from the initial idea through to launch and beyond.
You will build strong relationships, ensure milestones are met, and act as a trusted adviser to help clients realise the full potential of their product roadmap.This is not a traditional sales role.
It is about partnership, problem solving and delivering on ambitious ideas.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of app development clients from concept through MVP to release and all on-going developmentServe as the main point of contact, building long-term relationships based on trust and deliveryWork closely with the Project Coordinator to align development, design and client expectationsTrack and communicate project milestones, deadlines and deliverables clearly and proactivelyIdentify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forwardProvide regular updates and facilitate stage reviews with clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure technical solutions match client goalsSuggest enhancements, future versions and growth opportunities beyond the MVPAct as a client advocate while balancing delivery timelines and resourcesAbout You5+ years of experience in account management, client services or project ownership in a technology or app-related environmentStrong understanding of digital projects, technology concepts or app development lifecyclesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same timeCommercially aware, proactive and solutions-orientedExtremely well organised with the ability to simplify complex processes for clientsKnowledge of app development (design, UX, development cycles, testing, deployment) is desirableWhy Join Us?
