We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Key Account Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales pipeline, driving re-signs, and hunting for new business opportunities across our service offering.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, market insights, and negotiation skills to achieve revenue growth, strengthen customer retention, and elevate satisfaction.
This role involves:
- Overseeing a portfolio of customers to grow opportunities and strengthen collaboration.
- Undertaking new business development activity to build on your portfolio.
- Engaging in high-level negotiations, presentations, and planning for key accounts.
- Collaborating with peers and executives across the business to maximise business outcomes.
- Analysing data from competitor activity reports and market intelligence.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record in a similar role within a fast-paced or service-based industry.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing legal contracts and agreements.
- Demonstrated experience in driving business growth.
- Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements include:
- Relevant qualifications or certifications.
- A valid driver's licence.
