  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Data Integration and Migration: Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project trends, performance, and financials against project plans and schedules.
