Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- HR Administration: Process internal movements, maintain team member records, and support with required administration for structural changes.
- Contract and Document Management: Generate various employee contracts and documents, including internal offer letters and flexible work arrangements.
- HR Guidance and Support: Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and system queries to ensure employees have the necessary support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports as requested to support business decisions.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working within a People & Culture team, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with proficiency in navigating HRIS platforms, particularly SuccessFactors and Salesforce.
- Attention to Detail: Superior attention to detail, with a healthy respect for data integrity and confidentiality.
- Interest in HR: Genuine interest in HR and all things people-related, with a strong desire to support the wider business.
