Our ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to merchants and end customers.

The successful individual will work closely with leadership to ensure high standards are met, handle client-facing calls and inquiries, onboard and train merchants on internal platforms, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and maintain set SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swift and efficient front-line service to merchants and end customers
  • Onboard and train merchants on internal platforms
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to merchant accounts, platforms, and transactions
  • Ensure that key performance indicators and daily tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Maintain set service level agreements, identifying and escalating issues as needed
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement service improvements and best practice procedures
  • Identify and investigate recurring issues, contributing to finding root causes and implementing effective solutions
Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving client issues and enhancing service delivery. Basic technical support experience or familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues is preferred.

Able to work collaboratively with team members and leaders to identify challenges and implement improvements. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential. A can-do attitude, able to handle a high-volume workload with accuracy and efficiency, is also required.
