About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced merchant strategy professional to join our team in Australia & New Zealand. The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining, building, and optimising the strategy and processes for restaurants across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop key initiatives that drive merchant performance and satisfaction
  • Implement operational improvements through best practices in merchant onboarding, activation, and engagement
  • Build and lead a team through strategic and operational initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and partnerships
  • Analyse data to evaluate the impact of operational initiatives
  • Pilot and experiment to improve service quality and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, business development, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Leadership experience with teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL is an asset
