
Coordinator Health Measurement and Evaluation

As theCoordinator Health Measurement and Evaluation, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening Murray PHN's capacity to measure impact, monitor performance, and embed evaluative thinking across our programs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Planning, Projects and Insights, you'll work collaboratively across teams to design and implement effective and practical systems for program design, evaluation, and knowledge sharing.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the development of streamlined systems for monitoring and evaluating health programs.
Collaborate across teams to embed program logic and impact measurement into everyday practice.
Design fit-for-purpose evaluation tools and frameworks that support strategic decision-making.
Translate data and insights into compelling narratives that inform planning and drive improvement.
Champion knowledge sharing and build capability in evaluation across the organisation.
About You

Key Capabilities
Tertiary qualifications in evaluation, public health, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience in program evaluation, monitoring, or applied research.
Strong understanding of data governance, privacy legislation, and ethical frameworks.
Proficiency in survey and data collection tools, Microsoft Office suite, and project planning/reporting platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
