Technical Sales Architect Position

This role requires an individual to help increase the relevance of our solutions engineering community.

The Technical Sales Architect will work cross-functionally to ensure that our products meet customer needs and influence our platform technical direction and architecture strategy.

  • In this position, you will establish relationships with key architects across technology organizations, collaborate on promoting architectural standard methodologies, and lead a team to define, develop, maintain, and communicate the technology and platform strategy.
  • Key qualifications for this role include 5+ years of experience in a customer or product team-facing technical role, with expertise in contact centers and SaaS collaboration sales.

You will have strong understanding of REST APIs, data formats, and integration experience with CRM and Lead Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to build call flows, queues, routing profiles, and IVRs. You should also have familiarity of AI-based and agent workflows.

We are seeking someone who can develop and maintain dashboards to report back KPIs such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT. This role requires SaaS Collaboration sales experience, functional understanding of REST APIs, and data formats like JSON. Proficiency in Javascript (or Python) for API testing and integration validation is essential.

In addition, the successful candidate will have thorough competitive landscape knowledge (in their area of specialization), including solution, technology, and product offerings.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a customer or product team-facing technical role

  • SaaS Collaboration sales experience i.e. web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS, CCaaS
  • Functional understanding of REST APIs and data formats such as JSON

  • Proficiency in Javascript (or Python) for API testing and integration validation
  • Thorough competitive landscape knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings
