Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the growth of our entire client brand portfolio, driving strategic direction and performance outcomes. They will personally manage 2-6 top-tier client brands, staying close to the front lines and leading with moral authority.

The Scaling Director will architect growth roadmaps across all brands, including paid media, offers, retention, creative, and CRO. They will lead and coach our Account Management team into strategic operators, not task managers.

This role requires building systems, SOPs, and internal tooling that support scalable brand management. The Scaling Director will review performance weekly across brands, flag issues, and deploy interventions.

They will build 'brand squads' under each AM with creatives, media buyers, and CRO support. The Scaling Director will collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, media, creative, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and synergy.

This is a leadership role that involves hiring and scaling the brand performance team: AMs, junior strategists, coordinators.

The ideal candidate will increase brand velocity, shorten time to milestones, deliver elite performance and retention, build a replicable operating system for AMs, and create high-performing brand ecosystems.
