Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking an experienced specialist to drive our e-commerce brands forward.

At our agency, we partner with like-minded businesses to amplify their message and create long-lasting partnerships. Our team is passionate about the fashion and lifestyle industry, bringing industry clarity and expertise beyond the conventional.

You'll be part of a tight-knit team developing tailored digital strategies for ambitious global fashion & lifestyle e-commerce brands. We value talents who are driven, organised, efficient, and attentive to detail.

Key Details:

  • Flexible work opportunities for a healthy work/life balance
  • Split between work-from-home/Gold Coast office
  • Located within 100km of Gold Coast & willing to travel to the office when required
  • Full Time or Part Time available (pro rata)

Essential Skills & Expertise:

  • Two Years Experience In an Agency or Media Buying role
  • Highly competent in Meta Ads
  • Experience in Google Ads is preferred, but not required
  • Desire to learn with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute e-commerce-driven campaigns across various Paid Media channels
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing meaningful insights for clients
  • Optimise campaigns for maximum impact and performance
  • Work with brand strategists and founder to develop overall digital strategies for clients
