Rampage Marine and Fabrication is a fast-growing fabrication business recently relocated from regional NSW to Horizon Shores Marina in Steiglitz / Woongoolba, renowned for custom commercial marine builds, trailers, jetties and marine farming equipment. If it is on water or near water, we build it.

We specialise in aluminium, plastic and stainless steel.

We recently moved our business from regional NSW where we had a long term team. We are urgently seeking experienced Aluminium Fabricators/ Boat Builders who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a fast moving, innovative and hardworking team.

Your Role

  • Fabricate and weld aluminium and stainless steel.
  • Interpret technical drawings and build to spec
  • Operate workshop machinery and hand tools
  • Maintain a solid pace and work well with team mates.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team on custom builds and repairs

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in aluminium fabrication
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in aluminium welding and fabrication
  • Previous experience building boats, trailers or marine equipment, preferred.
  • Experience with TIG and MIG welding techniques
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Trade qualification in Engineering/Fabrication (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Current Australian driver's licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must have permanent right to work in Australia
