Job Title: Work Allocator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Work Allocator to join our team.

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning, and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems.
  • Facilitate regular outbound calls to customers and other parties to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end and within regulatory time frames.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling, with knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing.
  2. Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases.
  3. Ensuring all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer.
