Job Title: Resource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate field staff to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end and within regulatory time frames.
  • Facilitate workforce scheduling, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems.
  • Conduct regular outbound calls to customers and other parties.
  • Identify and consolidate data from the client to plan and allocate work orders.
  • Maintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing.
  • Work efficiently with our systems and databases.
  • Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by your Team Leader/Manager.
  • Strong focus on servicing the client's expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling.
  • Knowledge of the industry preferred.
  • Professional and confident speaking with customers and clients.
  • Basic to medium competency level using MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook (Excel knowledge essential).
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • High level attention to detail.
