Graduate Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Graduate HR Officer. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to various functions in relation to a range of Human Resource matters.

You will have the opportunity to undertake a variety of HR projects and duties, commensurate with your personal knowledge and skills, and see you rotate through different areas of the broader team as part of the program.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and maintenance of HR records.
  • Contribute to the identification and resolution of HR issues and concerns.
