New Graduate Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. As a Speech Pathologist with ORS Group, you will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services, providing assessments, therapy and support to clients with various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients, collaborating with families, caregivers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and reporting as required.
