Mobile Paediatric Speech Pathologist

At Foundation First Speech Pathology, we're dedicated to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment that prioritizes the well-being of our clinicians and the success of our clients. As a Mobile Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you'll be working in a small team with a large degree of autonomy, seeing paediatric clients in the community or via telehealth.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant accredited degree in Speech Pathology, eligibility and membership with Speech Pathology Australia, and a Current NSW Driver's License and access to a vehicle. They will also have a demonstrated ability to work within a billable model and be accountable for daily activities, as well as knowledge of and experience in holistic approaches to early intervention.

Our services are specifically designed for children, and we prioritize family and individual experiences, focusing on supporting the voices of those with lived experience of disability and neurodivergence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your caseload, communicate with families, and implement therapies
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support children and their families
- Develop functional goals with families and build capacity in the child's networks to achieve the goals in the child's natural environments
- Capped billables at 5hrs per day, including non-direct and travel time
- $750/year professional development budget and 5 PAID Study Leave days per year
