About the Role:
As a Speech Pathologist at ORS Group, you will be part of a national team providing clinical services to individuals aged 0-65. You will work across various environments, including home settings, day programs, schools, community spaces, telehealth, and offices. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while making a real difference in the lives of those you work with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- An excellent benefits package, including generous parental leave and five weeks of annual leave after three years of service.

- The flexibility to work from home and manage your own calendar, with options for a 9-day fortnight.
What We're Looking For:
- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
- A driver's license and access to a car.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
