Global Commercial Lease Manager Position

As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for the daily management and distribution of incoming property-related mail, maintaining accurate records of lease agreements and related charges, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and supporting the overall lease management processes to optimize property management and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and distribute property-related mail on a daily basis
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and related charges
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions
- Support the development of business plans and strategies to improve property management and financial performance
- Prior experience in commercial lease administration within the retail industry
- Proficiency in Lease Management software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of lease terms, data integrity, and validation, and lease-related financials
