Chief Commercial Lease Manager

As a highly skilled Leasing Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining commercial leasing arrangements across the organization. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a demanding workload will enable you to consistently uphold high standards of performance and customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess technical excellence, with advanced knowledge of MS Office, including intermediate Excel. They will also have experience in lease administration software and be able to review leases and extract critical information regarding landlord/tenant responsibilities for repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage financial policies for organisational operations and commercial leases, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders, including management, landlords, boards, and shareholders.
- Analyse financial data and conduct audits related to business operations, commercial leases, capital investments, and risk assessments.
- Review and verify lease terms and payment structures, ensuring accuracy in rent reviews, options, outgoings, and other charges as per lease agreements.
