Senior Commercial Leasing Specialist

We are a dynamic organization seeking a skilled financial professional to manage and maintain commercial leasing arrangements.
- Manage and maintain the financial aspects of commercial leasing arrangements across the organization.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, verify lease terms, and uphold conditions of lease agreements.
- Analyze monthly results, identify favorable and unfavorable variances, and advise stakeholders on areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders, including management, landlords, boards, and shareholders.
- Review and verify lease terms and payment structures, ensuring accuracy in rent reviews, options, outgoings, and other charges as per lease agreements.
- Bachelor's degree majoring in finance.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, including intermediate Excel.
- Technical or functional expertise, including excellent numeracy skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
