Snowy 2.0 Project Quality Management Specialist

Join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of supporting our quality management system.
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team for a Snowy 2.0 project. As a key member, you will ensure the implementation of our quality system and drive continuous improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a quality management system aligned with international standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and contractors to ensure effective quality control.
- Work closely with installation teams to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control inspections and tests.
- Qualify welders and inspectors, maintaining related documentation and tracking compliance.
- Drive completion and completeness of data books, controlling and archiving site quality documentation.
- Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure high standards of quality.
Requirements:
- University degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of QA/QC systems and ISO:9001.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to drive project success with focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office and SAP.
