Job Description

As our new Quality Assurance Officer, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that every product that leaves our plant is of the highest quality. You'll work alongside our talented production crew to maintain our strong reputation for excellence. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, passionate about food safety, and eager to make a difference every day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor production to ensure that company specifications are being adhered.
- Partner with production supervisors and managers to ensure quality and food safety are prioritised.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to guarantee compliance with food safety standards like HACCP, GMPs, and others.
- Monitor and conduct sampling of microbiological samples.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness for any inspections.
- Be flexible and adaptable to work in line with production schedules and requirements to ensure seamless operations.
