Job Description

The Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, while fostering a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily hotel operations with expertise and efficiency
  • Lead the Front Office Team, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development
  • Collaborate with guests to resolve any challenges or concerns
  • Contribute to roster planning and preparation, ensuring seamless service delivery
Requirements

Proven experience in Hotel Front Office Operations, with a strong track record of leadership roles as a Team Leader or Supervisor. Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is highly desirable.

Multitasking and organisational skills are essential, along with mastery of written and spoken communication. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays is also required.
