We are seeking a skilled Senior Bid Content Specialist to join our pre-contracts team. This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane offices, reporting directly to the Manager Strategic Pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of high-quality EOI and tender submissions across a diverse range of sectors.
  • Write and edit engaging content that reflects our capabilities, brand, and market proposition.
  • Assist in coordinating bid fundamentals such as schedules, writing plans, and review meetings.
  • Help to run review processes and capture feedback effectively.
  • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders alongside the Bid Manager.
  • Maintain and update key knowledge resources.
  • Contribute innovative ideas as we continue to improve our bid platforms and practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in submissions, proposals, or a related role, ideally in a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and support review meetings.
  • Confidence working on multiple bids at once, often to tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related fields.
