Senior Bid Coordinator

A Key Player in the Bid Development Process plays a pivotal role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, client-focused bid submissions.
This role involves interpreting client scopes, crafting compelling narratives within bid responses and other collateral, and tailoring responses to articulate our value proposition effectively.
You will work with the Bid Team and Project Directors to ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential to produce professional, visually engaging documents that reflect our brand and capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in design and document preparation who is looking to grow into a senior role.
About You- Proven experience in bid coordination, submissions, or related roles.
- Strong layout, formatting, and presentation skills with PowerPoint and Word.
- Creative skills in Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing documents.
- Ability to interpret scopes and requirements, collaborating with Project Directors to shape clear and persuasive responses.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
