Executive Support and Project Coordinator

The role of Executive Support and Project Coordinator is a dynamic position that combines administrative, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure seamless coordination of critical tasks, projects, and communications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level professional executive support to the Head of School, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ensure streamlined processes enable the Head of School to focus on strategic objectives.
  • Foster positive relationships across the University and with external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Administrative Experience:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive experience in complex diary and calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, using initiative and sound judgement to resolve matters that arise in daily work.

  • Administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge of project lifecycles, documentation, and methodologies.
