Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management group, you will be responsible for providing top-level executive support and hands-on project coordination.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that blends executive support with project coordination. You will be working closely with senior executives and supporting them in their daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, emails, schedules, and priorities for senior executives.
  • Handle confidential reports, creative briefs, and sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Organize travel, shoots, events, and content planning meetings.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between senior executives and their teams.
  • Coordinate and track creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Officer, or Project Manager, preferably in entertainment, digital media, or creative industries.
  • Previous support for senior executives, creators, influencers, or entertainment industry professionals is highly valued.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, particularly when working with creative teams.
  • Able to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Discreet, professional, and confident when handling sensitive or high-profile information.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, project management tools, social media platforms, and digital content workflows.
