  • This leadership position is accountable for providing incident, problem, change, service request, and knowledge management services, along with Disaster Recovery.
  • Achieving incident management involves promptly restoring normal service operation while minimizing adverse effects on business operations.
  • Change management ensures standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient handling of all changes.
  • Problem management resolves root causes of incidents, preventing recurrence and reducing their adverse impact.
  • Request fulfilment focuses on fulfilling Service Requests, often minor changes or requests for information.
  • ITIL Knowledge Management gathers, analyzes, stores, and shares knowledge within the organization.

About You

  • You have demonstrated ability to gather insights from incidents and review processes, identifying risks to prevent and minimize them.
  • Your experience positively engaging stakeholders and challenging norms is valuable in this role.
  • Effective communication with internal and external audit teams, understanding controls in place, is crucial.
