Overview

The Pepper Financial Services Group is a leading financial services organization, and we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Executive to join our team. About the Role

We are committed to delivering high-quality service management support using the ITIL methodology framework in an agile technology environment. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing incident, problem, change, service request, and knowledge management along with Disaster Recovery for all of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective service management processes to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on service management best practices and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, problems, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality service management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
