We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Coordinator to join our rostering team as part of the Sydney Passenger Services Operation.
This role works closely with the Passenger Service Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure the correct manpower is provided on shift.
Key Responsibilities- Determining and Obtaining Aircraft Loads: Produce rosters/worksheets according to airlines' Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Processing Annual Leave Requests: Allocate rostering patterns and create new roster patterns in accordance with Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) conditions.
- Actioning and Updating Schedule Changes: Prepare an accurately completed worksheet for the Service Delivery Manager to use on shift.
- Staff Allocation and Training: Proactively manage staff allocation for training and handle and maintain staff and business confidentiality.
- Financial Management: Work with dedicated budgets and provide detailed analytical reports.
- Attention to Detail: The successful applicant will have a high level of attention to detail and an ability to self-manage.
- Reliability and Responsibility: Demonstrate a high level of reliability and responsibility.
- Business Knowledge: Have a vast understanding of our business, including Service Level Agreements.
- Computer Skills: Sound computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and forecast long-term objectives.
