We are seeking a friendly and helpful Customer Support representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with troubleshooting and enquiries.
The role involves conducting installation and training sessions for new clients, as well as contacting clients to deliver software upgrades and enhancements.
You don't need to be an IT or software expert – just have a strong desire to assist people and we will teach you the rest.

- As a Customer Support representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and gain experience in troubleshooting general IT issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and other channels.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct installation and training sessions for new clients, ensuring they understand how to use our software effectively.
- Deliver software upgrades and enhancements to existing clients, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- A strong track record in delivering outstanding customer service, with experience in roles such as customer service, help desk, call centre, or software support.
- An ability to troubleshoot general IT issues or learn technical skills quickly.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
