You'll be responsible for providing exceptional client support, troubleshooting issues and working closely with other teams across the business to address client requests.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing client support, is a confident communicator and wants to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
- We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in client services or associate advisory roles in superannuation or investment platforms.
- A strong knowledge of retail superannuation and investment practices is essential.
- Familiarity with operational or advisory duties within financial advice practices is also required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing client support and responding to queries regarding trading, investing, contributing, superannuation and pensions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues for our clients.
- Collaborating with other teams across the business to address client requests.
- Cultivating client relationships to build trust and collaboration.
