We are looking for experienced customer service specialists to join our team. As a customer service specialist, you will be the face of our organisation, providing exceptional service to customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy work area, preparing and serving food and drinks, and handling cash and payment transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate the till system & manage cash handling effectively
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar, kitchen and customer areas
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items
- Prioritise customer needs, handle complaints and provide solutions
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Report equipment checks and daily tasks accurately
- Foster a friendly, welcoming and professional culture
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures
- BUILD rapport with customers and contribute to a positive atmosphere
- Possess prior experience in hospitality or a related field
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills
- Awareness of Health and Safety protocols
- Hold a Level 2 Food Safety qualification
