Job Opportunity

Casual customer service professionals are required to deliver exceptional and friendly service alongside managing complex medical administration tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients, handling counter and telephone inquiries
  • Managing reception duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reporting
  • Interacting extensively with diverse clientele, including those with complex needs and multicultural or Aboriginal heritage
  • Performing minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
  • Supporting clinicians with clinical services by identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with intermediate/advanced computer literacy and experience working with mobile technology. They will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
