Automotive Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organised receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be quick to learn new systems and processes, and possess strong organisational abilities.

About the Role
  • Job Summary: Greet customers upon arrival, manage phone calls, bookings, and administration tasks.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experience through friendly interactions and efficient communication.
    • Phone Management: Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Booking Management: Use Navision to manage customer bookings and workshop schedules.
    • Quoting & Product Navigation: Confidently use our website to generate general quotes.
    • Digital Communication: Respond and provide updates to customers via Podium messaging platform.
    • Administration Tasks:
      • Daily till reconciliations
      • Processing and filing purchase orders
      • Scanning invoices, internal filing and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • A well-spoken, confident communicator who enjoys helping people.
  • Quick to learn new computer systems and processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (automotive or retail preferred but not essential).
