We're seeking a motivated Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team at EBR, a renowned supplier of insulated wall and roofing panels and accessories.

As a Business Development Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products, building strong relationships with businesses and their teams.

You'll be an integral part of our sales team, tasked with identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals. This position has a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding client service, problem-solving, and project quotation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Understanding:

Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and unique features.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.

2. Lead Generation:

Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, site visits, and networking.

Assess and prioritize leads based on their potential value.

3. Selling:

Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight our product and service value.

Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.

Ensure quotes are competitive, profitable, and align with customer expectations.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong connections with existing and potential clients.

Comprehend their needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Uphold high levels of customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with clients to comprehend their challenges and issues.

Propose innovative solutions and overcome obstacles to fulfill customer needs.

5. Sales Development:

Establish and achieve sales targets and quotas within your designated timeframes.

Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.

Work closely with the sales team to formulate and execute strategies aligned with company objectives.

Create pricing strategies and proposals to secure profitable deals.

Requirements:

· Proven track record in sales or a related field, with an emphasis on product and service sales.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong problem-solving aptitude and a commitment to delivering top-tier client service.

· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to surpass sales targets.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent work.

Compensation:
