Senior Marketing Insights Analyst

This role is a key support position in helping drive data-informed decision-making across marketing, including Media & CRM. The ideal candidate will be an analytically-minded individual looking to develop their skills in marketing data, reporting, and measurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and report on key marketing and CRM campaigns, providing insights on performance and effectiveness.
  • Perform senior analytics projects and take the lead in guiding junior team members.
  • Support post-campaign analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and update core marketing reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Support marketing experiments, including A/B testing, to measure impact and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience with SQL and love diving into data to find the story beneath the surface.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • You're a data storyteller and able to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling insights for any audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as autonomously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for solving real-world problems.
