About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contingent Worker Program Manager to join our procurement team at Atlassian. As a key member of our global procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our contingent worker program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the contingent worker program, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Employment Law, HR Operations, Brand & Marketing, and Talent Acquisition, to develop and implement CW projects and solutions.
  • Support: Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on CW guidelines and procedures, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Monitoring: Monitor new resource requests, supplier communications, and requisitions to ensure efficient program operation.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first escalation point for CW program support and issue resolution.
  • Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, including SOW contract compliance, delivery, issues, and risks.
  • Process Improvement: Implement efficiency and transformation projects to improve the CW program.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce related roles.
  • Knowledge: Detailed end-to-end understanding of procurement and contingent worker processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to write project summaries and process pages.
  • Culture Fit: Passion for understanding Atlassian's products, customers, culture, and business models.
  • Problem-Solving: Success in iterating to an outcome and translating customer needs into improvement projects.
