About the Role

Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Contingent Business Partner to join our high-performing team. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with our MSP client, DPIE, located in Sydney, to deliver exceptional recruitment services.

As a valued member of our Talent Acquisition team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a true relationship manager, responsible for the day-to-day operational activities relating to the recruitment of contractors.
  • Working with Hiring Managers to identify workforce planning needs and supplier engagement strategies.
  • Partnering with and guiding Hiring Managers through the recruitment process.
  • Requisition management, Fieldglass maintenance, conducting job briefs with Hiring Managers and suppliers, supplier liaison/management, candidate selection management, resume review/screening, assist with Interview scheduling and generating offers, and ensuring all relevant information is passed onto your assigned Workforce Specialist for onboarding of successful candidates.
  • Taking part in various recruitment projects.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Internal Recruiter or previous recruitment experience and/or candidate management within MSP (MSP experience preferred but not essential).
  • Ideally, you will have experience working on the recruitment supplier side who understands the market and the standard roles within Government.
  • If you are a Recruitment Resourcer that has stepped up and has some Recruitment Consulting experience or you're an agency Recruitment Consultant who doesn't enjoy the sales side of the role, we would love to hear from you.
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and detail.
  • A proactive problem solver that takes ownership of an issue and sees it through to the end.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high transactional, volume environment.
  • Ability to be hands on with a flexible approach to working in fast-paced changing environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and positively influence and engage staff at all levels.
  • A driven, passionate & collaborative approach and a desire to succeed.
  • Strong decision-making skills and an ability and willingness to manage difficult conversations where needed.
  • Strong admin skills.
