At Atlassian, we're looking for a skilled Contingent Workforce Specialist to join our procurement team. As a key member of our global procurement team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our contingent worker program.
As a Contingent Workforce Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the non-FTE life-cycle of our contingent worker program, collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement efficiency transformation projects, and providing support to hiring managers on CW guidelines and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the operations of the CW program to ensure efficiency throughout the non-FTE life-cycle
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners on CW projects, solutions, and issues
- Providing support for hiring managers on CW guidelines and procedures
- Monitoring new resource requests, supplier communications, and requisitions
- Acting as the first escalation point for CW program support and issue resolution
- Monitoring program-level data indicators and Service Level Agreements
- Managing supplier relationships, including SOW contract compliance, delivery, issues, and risks
- Implementing efficiency and transformation projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce-related roles
- Detailed end-to-end understanding of procurement and contingent worker processes
- Experience writing project summaries and process pages
- History of collaborating well with partners to develop a culture of getting to "yes"
- Success with iterating to an outcome
- Passion to understand Atlassian's products, customers, culture, and business models
- Experience translating customer needs into improvement projects
