We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our end-to-end management of large complex programs/projects in business and IT within Financial Services. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in program/project management and a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective program/project governance and controls to ensure quality outcomes.
- Lead a high-performing team and instil a vision for the program, creating a motivating environment and building a team culture with focus on ownership, delivery, and collaboration.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and negotiate trade-offs between business needs and project do-ability.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve problems/roadblocks and maintain delivery momentum.
- Experience in delivering financial transformation projects and working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments is desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective communications tailored for different audiences.
