About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Woolworths Group. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for mobilising, driving and delivering large-scale digital programs of work that span multiple teams across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership to the project team, guiding and supporting them throughout the program/project.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program/project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
  • Engage stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and build strong relationships.
  • Identify and manage program/project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.
  • Establish and uphold robust governance frameworks across multiple delivery disciplines to ensure program/project deliverables consistently meet or exceed required standards.
