Job Title

Assessment Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Assessment Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be working closely with employers and job seekers to ensure both parties are set up for success.

You will facilitate the delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check and Employer Get Ready Check, liaise with internal and external support services, and contribute to increasing the commencement, retention, and completion rate of Australian Apprentices.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyse and interpret guidelines and procedures, and have experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, or employment services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Facilitating the delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check and Employer Get Ready Check
  • Liaising with internal and external support services
  • Contributing to increasing the commencement, retention, and completion rate of Australian Apprentices
