What You'll Be Working On

As our HR Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our People team, handling crucial tasks that keep our organization running smoothly:

  • Manage day-to-day HR admin tasks and HR inbox, from answering queries to maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Handle employee paperwork, including contracts, role changes, separations, probations, and role changes.
  • Oversee user access for HR systems like Workplace and LMS.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of People policies and processes.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of business operations and procedures.

What Type of Person Will Succeed

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in administration/HR admin roles or previous experience in a retail environment (ideal but not necessary).
  • Can adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Excels in time management and organization.
  • Works well in a team but can also be autonomous.
  • Demonstrates high integrity and understands the importance of confidentiality.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
