What You'll Be Working On
As our HR Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our People team, handling crucial tasks that keep our organization running smoothly:
- Manage day-to-day HR admin tasks and HR inbox, from answering queries to maintaining accurate employee records.
- Handle employee paperwork, including contracts, role changes, separations, probations, and role changes.
- Oversee user access for HR systems like Workplace and LMS.
- Support the creation and maintenance of People policies and processes.
- Build and maintain knowledge of business operations and procedures.
What Type of Person Will Succeed
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in administration/HR admin roles or previous experience in a retail environment (ideal but not necessary).
- Can adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Excels in time management and organization.
- Works well in a team but can also be autonomous.
- Demonstrates high integrity and understands the importance of confidentiality.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
