Salary Package: Pro-rata $74,062 - $79,823 (HEW 4), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading Appointment Type: Part Time, 4 days per week, continuing roleThis position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple chiropractic clinics by overseeing supplies, IT systems, and general upkeep. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Clinic Operations Coordinator and the Director of Clinics within the Department of Chiropractic. Furthermore, this role will assist clinic supervisors, enabling them to dedicate more time to mentoring Master of Chiropractic students during their placements.
The position involves spending one day at each of the Department's three clinics on a weekly basis. Responsibilities will also include managing reception and patient information across all clinics, as well as offering guidance to students on reception duties.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess experience in clinical reception, standardizing operational procedures, and training others in receptionist responsibilities. A background in customer service and scheduling patient appointments with clinicians is essential. A genuine passion for working with students and fostering a conducive learning environment is crucial for helping them develop the necessary skills for their future careers as chiropractors.

The Department of Chiropractic operates three teaching clinics where final-year Master of Chiropractic students gain practical experience before graduation. These clinics provide chiropractic care to the local community.
