Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including managing employee records, processing documentation, and maintaining HR databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, processing documentation, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
  • HR Initiatives and Projects: Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs and training activities.
  • Employee Inquiries: Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in HR administration or a related Business Administration field, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and within a team.
