Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Scheduling: Schedule resources, including field engineers, to ensure timely and efficient service for medical imaging equipment.
  • Communication and Coordination: Manage inbound and internal communications, coordinate field engineers, and ensure efficient maintenance and repair of medical imaging equipment.
  • Breakdown and Maintenance Management: Oversee and coordinate breakdowns and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment functionality.
  • Inventory and Supplier Management: Order and action parts required for repairs, manage inventory, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Customer and Engineer Interaction: Serve as the central point of contact for clients and field engineers, facilitating appointments, managing job logs, and coordinating parts and quotes.
  • Job Management: Receive and manage requests from customers regarding faulty machines, log jobs accurately in the system, and plan and coordinate short-term jobs for engineers.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare and provide quotes to customers for repair services and parts.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce for logging jobs, tracking communication, and managing customer and engineer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and field engineers.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and demonstrate detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
