Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agreement Sales Specialist to join our team at Konecranes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain current customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favorable while meeting company goals and objectives.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to customize crane and lifting equipment solutions according to client requirements.
  5. Performance Metrics: Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain autonomy and a strong attention to detail.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about Konecranes' product offerings, capabilities, and technological advancements to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  7. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify new sales opportunities and optimize existing ones.
  8. Sales Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales agreements, from initial negotiation to renewal or termination, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  9. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing client accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  10. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze sales data to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry.
  2. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed (Regional Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania).
