Enterprise Business Solution Designer

As a Solution Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
You're a trusted advisor who delivers commercially sound solutions that align with business goals and add real value.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops to help clients make informed decisions.
- Leading solution architecture during implementation and mentoring delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Conducting scoping studies and business consulting engagements to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Building strong relationships with clients and software partners to foster collaboration and drive success.
- Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and team development to stay ahead of the curve.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture and pre-sales roles.
- A strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
